The challenge

Brightwell did excellent work and survived almost entirely on word of mouth. Their old one-page site was invisible in search, said nothing specific about what they did or where, and gave a nervous first-time customer no reason to trust them over the next name in the directory. They were busy, but they had no control over where the next job came from.
