Where are you based, and do you work with businesses elsewhere?

We're a Newcastle upon Tyne studio and we work with businesses across the UK. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared docs, so location rarely matters — though we love an in-person kick-off when it's practical.

How long does a website take?

A focused service-business site is typically 4–6 weeks. A custom or Shopify build is usually 8–12 weeks depending on scope and content readiness. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front, not an optimistic one.

Do you only build new sites, or improve existing ones?

Accepted Answer

Both. Plenty of our work is fixing, speeding up and re-ranking sites that already exist. If a rebuild isn't warranted, we'll tell you — and focus the budget where it actually moves the needle.

What makes you different from a cheaper web builder?

Both. Shopify for most e-commerce, custom Next.js builds where performance and bespoke functionality matter. We recommend whichever fits your goals and budget — never whichever is easiest for us.

Ranking is engineered in from the first line: server-rendered HTML, clean structure, fast Core Web Vitals and proper schema. We can't promise position #1, but we build sites Google can read, trust and surface.
