Is it really rolling monthly?
Yes. Care plans are month to month with no long tie-in. We'd rather keep your business by doing good work than by trapping you in a contract.
What's included versus separate project work?
Maintenance, monitoring, updates, SEO health checks and a set allowance of small changes are included. Larger pieces — a new template, a redesign, a feature — are quoted separately and clearly, never smuggled into the retainer.
What are your response times?
We triage by severity: a site-down issue is treated as urgent and worked immediately; routine requests are handled within a stated turnaround. Exact targets are set out in your plan.
Do you provide hosting too?
We can manage and monitor your hosting, whether it's ours, Shopify's or a provider you already use. We're happy to recommend fast, sensible hosting, but we won't force a move you don't need.
