The challenge

Meridian sells a handful of ultra-prime residences, where the website has to do the work a glossy brochure and a private viewing once did. It needed to feel like the properties themselves — calm, cinematic and quietly confident — while staying fast and qualifying the right enquiries, not just collecting clicks.

What we did

The approach

01

A cinematic, scroll-led hero

A smooth scroll-scrubbed film of the estate sets the tone in the first second — architecture and light doing the selling, with motion that feels engineered rather than gimmicky.

02

Editorial, gallery-grade residences

Each residence is presented like a spread in an architecture title — full-bleed imagery, restrained typography and generous space, so the homes feel as considered as they are.

03

Considered motion, never noise

Subtle reveals and parallax that guide the eye and reward scrolling, tuned to stay quick and elegant on a phone as much as on a large display.

04

A discreet enquiry flow

An understated 'Enquire' path placed where intent peaks — built to capture serious, qualified interest with the discretion high-net-worth buyers expect.
