Which email platform do you use?

Most often Klaviyo for e-commerce, because its segmentation and Shopify integration are hard to beat, or Mailchimp/MailerLite for simpler needs. We'll work in whatever you're on, and only recommend a move if it genuinely pays for itself.

We barely have a list — is email still worth it?

Yes, and it's the best time to start. We set up the flows that capture and convert subscribers from day one, so the list you build is earning from the moment it exists rather than sitting idle.

Will we end up in the spam folder?

Not if it's done properly. We set up email authentication, keep your list healthy by removing dead contacts, and avoid the spammy tactics that wreck sender reputation. Deliverability is a discipline, not luck.
